I think more focus/emphasize on breathing shall be beneficial. Also some of the demo included the words "core engagement", it would be good if the instructor explain in details what that means and how to do it in a proper way. Besides, the thigh stretch demo showed a little excessive lumbar spine arching. More focus on what muscles are working in the moment of each exercise would help to understand the biomechanics better. Not much mentioned about scapula stabilization when upper body is involved. Overall, it's a fair experience but expected slightly more details.
