So far I an finding this course is pretty informative in an easy to follow manner, which is appreciated and I think for people that don't have a health or medical background the break-down and explanations of the terminology is great. Thanks for the information ... I am looking forward to the rest of this course ... and hopefully losing some weight and getting into better shape.

Misspelled words on slides, teacher cannot pronounce the words he is saying. Is this even correct information that is being provided?

This course wasn't bad, but I certainly would have felt like I got a bad deal had I not purchased it during the Black Friday sale. There is a lot of statements made in the course that are just flat out not true. An example of this would be the statement that food rots in your intestines if you eat too much. It does not. There is also the minor irks of misspelled words on many of the slides, and mispronounced words from the instructor. Again, these are minor gripes, but it does make you question the overall knowledge of the instructor when you hear him pronounce "glucose" as "glocuse" for the twentieth time. Overall, I liked the course but I definitely would have requested a refund had I paid full price for it. The system will definitely make you lose weight, after all, you are not eating. Just be sure to do your own home work and research before blindly trying it after this course. Research Fish Oil and it's links to cancer particularly and decide if its really worth it for you.
