This course is more than just shadow boxing drills. It’s a fully structured “Shadow Boxing + Bodyweight Training” program that helps you develop boxing skills, improve conditioning, and build a fighter’s mindset—without needing a gym or punching bag.


Each session is carefully designed with step-by-step guidance. You’ll learn:

Boxing combinations and striking flow

Footwork, balance, and defensive techniques

Explosive bodyweight exercises that match the rhythm of boxing


You’ll train like a boxer and move like an athlete—burning calories, sharpening your focus, and building functional strength. The workouts are short but intense:

30-40 minutes per day


“How should the training schedule be? How often should I train?”


There’s no fixed answer to this. Personal factors play a big role — your age, sleep routine, nutrition, and daily life all affect how often you should train.


That’s why I created a flexible system instead of a fixed calendar.


General rule:

Don’t go below 3 sessions per week.

Don’t go above 5–6 sessions per week.


If your body feels tired, listen to it. Give yourself rest days.

Remember: Rest is part of the progress.


Whether you’re a beginner or have some boxing experience, this course adapts to your level. All you need is a small space and your own motivation.
