    I got so much more from this course than what I expected! I loved that there were yoga poses specifically for stress and emotional release, with clear explanation. It was also really helpful to learn about yoga beyond asanas - like breathing techniques and meditation. The yoga nidra was lovely as well. Vera is a knowledgeable teacher that really covers so many components of authentic yoga in a way that's easy to understand, and I can see she really cares about her students.
