New lectures include assessing the economic impact of war in the Gulf, in particular looking at (and discussing) the economic concepts contained in freely available articles online. As always, emphasis is placed on discussion - the more you post in the Q/A, the more you will learn. remember ; there are students on this course from many different countries - they are likely to have anecdotal knowledge that will not be in textbooks or even online newspapers. This course is pitched at students who have not formally studied Economics but would like to learn more through assimilating it i.e. not actually studying but just 'picking it up as they go along'. If that is you then this Economics course is ideal!
