Transform Your Career with Comprehensive Agile Expertise
Are you ready to become a sought-after Agile professional? This comprehensive course takes you from Agile fundamentals to advanced enterprise transformation — equipping you with the skills, tools, and exam-ready knowledge to succeed in real-world project management and support your PMI-ACP certification journey.
What You'll Master
Agile Foundations & Mindset
This section lays the foundation for your Agile thinking. You will understand the 4 values and 12 principles of the Agile Manifesto, develop the mindset shifts that separate genuine Agile practitioners from those who just follow a process, and explore how the Agile journey connects to digital transformation and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Popular Agile Frameworks
You will gain working knowledge of the most widely adopted Agile frameworks — Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Disciplined Agile (DA), and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) — understanding not just how each works, but when and why to choose one over another.
Project Life Cycles & Tailoring
This section explores the full spectrum of project life cycles, from predictive and plan-driven approaches to adaptive and iterative ones. You will learn how to read a project's context and tailor your methodology accordingly — a critical skill for both real-world leadership and the PMI-ACP exam.
Agile Estimation Techniques
Estimation is one of the most misunderstood and undervalued skills in Agile practice. This section covers the full toolkit — from Story Mapping and Planning Poker to T-Shirt Sizing, Affinity Estimation, and Wideband Delphi — along with PMI-ACP Decision Cue guidance on how estimation concepts are tested on the exam.
High-Performance Team Leadership
Great Agile outcomes depend on great teams. This section focuses on the human side of Agile — building psychological safety, practising servant leadership, empowering self-organizing teams, and navigating the resistance that inevitably arises when organizations begin an Agile transformation.
Enterprise Agility
Agility at the team level is not enough. This section examines what it truly means to scale Agile thinking across an organization — exploring how enterprises shift from predictable, plan-driven work to innovation-driven adaptive work, and what leaders need to understand about people, culture, risk, and sustainability to make that shift last.
AI & The Future of Agile
This section examines how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the way Agile teams work and deliver software. Drawing on DORA 2025 research, lectures explore the transformative impact of Generative AI on the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and operations, offering practical insight for leaders and practitioners navigating AI adoption in their organizations.
PMI-ACP Exam Blueprint (All 4 Domains), Strategy & Application
This section goes beyond knowledge and into exam readiness. You will decode the official PMI-ACP Examination Content Outline across all four domains — Mindset (28%), Leadership (25%), Product (19%), and Delivery (28%) — and then learn how to apply that knowledge strategically, using decision filters, mindset frameworks, and the PMI Agile Practice Guide to answer situational questions the way PMI expects.
PMI-ACP Certification Support
This course supports PMI-ACP exam preparation by providing comprehensive coverage of all four certification domains, two full practice tests (including a 120-question full-length exam), exam-style quizzes with detailed explanations, and study strategies aligned with the PMI-ACP Examination Content Outline (ECO). The focus remains on teaching practical Agile knowledge applicable to real-world project management — not rote memorization. This course is a living curriculum and will be updated whenever PMI revises the official ECO.

Please note: About the PMI-ACP Certification Process & Costs
This course is designed to support your studies in preparation for the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® exam. To receive the certification, students must apply independently to PMI. Below is a summary of what to expect:
Training Hours Requirement
PMI requires a total of 21 contact hours of formal Agile training to be eligible for the PMI-ACP exam. This course contributes 4 contact hours, meaning you will still need an additional 17 contact hours from other qualifying sources, such as other PMI-approved training courses.
Application Process
There is no separate application fee — the exam fee covers both your application and exam. Once you have met the eligibility requirements (including project experience and training hours), you submit your application online through PMI. Applications are subject to a random audit process. Once approved, you pay the exam fee and schedule your exam.
Exam Fee (as of 2026)
• PMI Members: US$435
• Non-Members: US$495
The exam fee is only required after your application has been accepted and you are ready to schedule your exam. The exam consists of 120 questions to be completed in 3 hours, and can be taken at a Pearson Vue Testing Centre or securely online via remote proctoring.
PMI Membership (Optional but Recommended)
PMI membership costs US$169/year and is not required to apply for the PMI-ACP. However, it saves you US$60 on the exam fee (from $495 to $435), and comes with additional benefits including up to 30% off other certifications, free access to the PMBOK® Guide, PMI Infinity AI tool, premium webinars, and more — making it a worthwhile investment if you plan to pursue further PMI credentials.
