I found this course extremely helpful. 'Mindfulness' and 'Over-thinking' are no longer just words: Rebecca explains them and offers the viewer actual tools as to how to manage anxiety and worry, practically and encouragingly. You realise that there is no need to feel overwhelmed by worry without knowing why.
