This was a great course with 12 tools that any experienced Personal Trainer could really use. A Personal Training course like this can really help because it has tips from someone with real experience. If you’re new to the field, these tips might seem unusual because it takes a bit of time to really understand what challenge a fitness expert might face. CARMEN

Its awesome that Ron explains in details. The videos showing the moves are great too. I can incorporate them into my classes. On this note, it would be even more awesome that the moves eg. balancing moves are more dynamic. usually a person moves around in their daily lives. Eg. moving inwards sideways on a crowded bus, climbing the stairs, stepping off the public bus. Reaching over and out at the wet market when buying fish maybe and that movement will require standing on 1 leg and maybe tip toe. Hence dynamic movements will help greatly. Just a suggestion.
