This course focuses on practical CNC milling knowledge, not just software menus. You will learn how 3-axis CNC milling is actually performed on the shop floor using Mastercam, with the goal of creating safe, efficient, and production-ready CNC programs.

The training is designed for CNC operators, engineering and manufacturing students, and CAD/CAM users who want to gain hands-on experience rather than purely theoretical knowledge. Throughout the course, real machining logic is emphasized so you understand not only how to create toolpaths, but also why specific strategies are used in real production environments.

You will learn practical CNC milling workflow, 2D and 3D milling toolpaths in Mastercam, basic tool selection and cutting parameter logic, setup planning, machining order for 3-axis milling, and common mistakes frequently encountered in real CNC shops.
