The PMI Project Management Office Certified Professional (PMOCP) Exam is the official PMI offering for candidates seeking to earn their certification to prove they have the skills necessary to establish a best-practice project management office within their organization.
The actual exam consists of 120 questions, and you have 165 minutes to solve them.

When I started my PMO-CP certification journey, I could not find any good-quality practice questions out there. Only materials from PMOGA were available. As soon as I passed my exam, I made it a point that others who are serious about pursuing this certification get access to quality questions very similar to the actual exam.
Practice the mocks, and once you score above 80%, you are good to give your exams. Keep practicing and reading the explanations provided for why some options are correct while others are not. The PMO-CP certification is not a very complex paper. It requires mastery of the 10-step PMO value ring concepts and white papers. I have covered all Six domains and papers so that you are ready for the real exam.

Fairly decent course of questions. The mock exams have at least 10 questions on each that relate to "Calculating PMO ROI" and "Establishing PMO Balanced Scorecard". These were concepts and needed for the PMOCP Exam, these are not part of the PMI-PMOCP. Please review the PMI-PMOCP Exam Content Outline and update the questions accordingly. Overall, good situational exam questions, if you can ignore the ones asking for ROI or other calculations. The 5th exam is heavy with questions related to the prior PMOCP certification.
