Welcome to the best course for Capsim Global Simulation you will find in the web.

This course will cover all your first simulation round in order to get you started and put your company in the right path.

This course is only for Capstone Global, its the red version of the simulation, make sure you have the correct one before moving forward, to be 100% sure; check the segments of your report, you should have Budget and performance segments and start with 1 product, there are 3 regions; USA, Germany and China. Your simulation should have 6 to 8 rounds

This course will help you make the first round of decisions and teach you some tricks to navigate the simulation as easy as possible for your rounds to come.

Please note that this course covers ONLY the first round of the simulation, if you are already underway and you already completed your first round then the numbers in this course might not fit 100% your simulation but the concepts will still be very helpful.

This course is also applicable for the 2026 Version

During this course you will be able to accomplish the following:

• Complete your first round without cheating

• Understand the simulation in a way professors do not teach

• Be able to write an Executive Summary if necessary
