    1. IC Qualification, we will teach you how to qualify IC with the corresponding Industry Standard.

    2. Acceleration Factors and Models: you will learn the methods to predict device life under real-world conditions.

    3. We will show you the typical IC failure modes and its mechanisms.

    4. Test Condition Decision: you will learn how to decide an applicable test condition by yourself.
