This course provides a comprehensive overview of component level reliability and qualification for integrated circuit. You'll learn critical concepts, industry standards, and best practices, equipping you with the state-of-the-art knowledge and skills to design, test, and qualify reliable components for the semiconductor industry.
What you will learn in this class ?
IC Qualification, we will teach you how to qualify IC with the corresponding Industry Standard.
Acceleration Factors and Models: you will learn the methods to predict device life under real-world conditions.
We will show you the typical IC failure modes and its mechanisms.
Test Condition Decision: you will learn how to decide an applicable test condition by yourself.
Device Quailification: such as HTOL, ELFR, ESD(HBM/CDM), Latch-up, DVS(Dynamic Voltage Stress)/HVS(High Voltage Stress).
Package Qualification: such as MSL, Preconditioning, TC, THB, HAST, HTS tests.
