Course Overview
Make the biggest and best impact on yourself and on the people and organizations you care about
Do you want to make a big impact on the world? It all starts with you being personally accountable for your own actions and behaviors that influence those around you.
My Accountability Evangelist persona, purpose, and passion is to spread the empowering message of accountability and the wonderfully positive impact a person can have when it is embraced.
Accountability is awesome yet often has a negative connotation. What could be more empowering than recognizing your ability to influence every interaction you have with another person; to alter the trajectory of your day, year, life by owning your decisions and actions? Wow! Instead of viewing accountability as a restriction or punishment - as people often do - I want people to embrace it as a tool for expanding personal potential to live a life of fulfillment and make the biggest and best impact on the lives of the people they choose to serve.
Intentionally hugging ourselves and others accountable is a great way to keep the promise of the Accountability Ambassador Pledge: I serve others by doing whatever it takes to be the best person I can be. At home, at work, in your community - you can create a culture of accountability that facilitates achievement of ambitious goals and supports meaningful interaction and outcomes.

I was directed to take a course in personal accountability by my supervisor, and I saw it as negative discipline. So far, I have had to adjust my thinking because there is nothing negative about it and I'm discovering a path forward to success.
