Course Information
Course Overview
Learn to "hear the unsaid," uncover latent needs, and move interactions from negotiation to alignment
Success of Innovation depends on more than just good ideas; it depends on the depth of the connection between the people driving it.
In our previous course, The Essentials of People Engagement, you explored the fundamental modes of thinking and the Engagement Scale. This course, Deepening People Engagement for Empathy, Insight, and Collaboration, is the vital next step in that journey.
True innovation often requires us to solve problems that stakeholders cannot yet articulate. To do this, we must go beyond surface-level conversations to "hear the unsaid" and uncover "latent needs". This course focuses on the art of discovery—finding the core insights and real intent that drive successful ideation, adoption, and scale-up.
We will move away from the transactional mindset of "negotiation" and towards the transformative mindset of "alignment". You will learn to foster the empathy required to understand what people truly need, and the collaboration necessary to enrol them in the journey.
In this course, you will get to know:
The Spectrum of Understanding: Become aware of the different depths of human connection and where your current interactions stand.
The Deep Discussion Framework: Learn specifically how to prepare for and conduct a "Deep Discussion" to uncover hidden insights.
Join us to deepen your engagement skills and ensure your innovation efforts are built on a foundation of true understanding.
