Course Information
Course Overview
A practical self-reflection course for personal growth, leadership development, and confidence building.
Discover Your Best Self is designed to help you better understand who you already are—your strengths, values, patterns, and potential—so you can lead and live with greater clarity and confidence. Allowing you to bring out the strengths in others.
In this course, you’ll step away from quick fixes and personality labels and instead engage in meaningful self-reflection, practical exercises, and real-life examples that help you uncover how you show up in the world today—and how you want to show up moving forward.
Drawing from over 14 years of leadership experience, mentoring, and proven leadership development practices, this course blends personal growth with everyday leadership skills you can apply immediately—whether you’re leading a team, a family, or simply yourself.
You’ll be guided through:
Understanding your “Best Self” moments
Reflecting on feedback and past experiences
Identifying values, strengths, and behavioral patterns
Translating self-awareness into intentional action
By the end of this course, you’ll have a clearer understanding of yourself, a stronger sense of confidence in how you show up and understand how to bring out the best in others through their strengths. This will give you a foundation you can continue building on long after the course ends.
No prior leadership training required.
Just a willingness to reflect and grow.

This course packs a huge amount of insights into just 30 minutes. There are so many great, practical ideas about leading with strengths you can use right away, but also something to come back to over time. The instructor’s passion for the topic comes through genuinely. Every leader should understand a strengths-based approach and this course does a great job explaining why!
