Course Information
Course Overview
Natural Emergency Remedies for Burns, Wounds, Stings & Skin Infections
Over 70 percent of minor injuries and sudden discomfort are handled at home before professional help is ever involved.
Yet in those moments, such as cuts, burns, swelling, anxiety, or sudden pain, many people feel unsure or freeze because they do not know what to do.
This Herbal First Aid course is designed to change that.
Instead of panic or uncertainty, you will learn how to respond calmly and confidently using medicinal herbs, simple tools, and clear step by step decisions you can apply immediately at home.
I created this course because I understand how overwhelming it can feel when someone is uncomfortable, unwell, or in pain, and you are not sure how to help. This training is designed to replace uncertainty with clarity and give you the confidence to take action when it matters most.
What This Course Includes
This course includes a printable Herbal First Aid Checklist, a detailed Top 30 Medicinal Herbs Guide, scenario based practice cards to help you think through real life situations, downloadable, easy to follow learning materials, short quizzes to reinforce understanding, a certificate of completion with the option to request an accredited version, and lifetime access to all course materials and future updates.
What You Will Be Able to Do
By the end of this course, you will confidently understand how to support cuts, bruises, minor burns, swelling, and skin irritation. You will learn how to use herbs to help ease nausea, stress, sleeplessness, headaches, and discomfort. You will be able to stay calm and think clearly during stressful or unexpected moments, choose the right herb for the situation, combine herbs safely and effectively, and make step by step decisions using herbal first aid principles.
These are practical skills you can apply immediately in your home, with your family, or in your community.
Herbs You Will Explore
You will learn about over 30 medicinal herbs, including bilberry, kudzu, skullcap, mullein, chamomile, calendula, plantain, elderberry, peppermint, ginger, valerian, yarrow, and more.
You will also learn what each herb is used for, when to use it, and how to prepare teas, compresses, tinctures, salves, and simple herbal mixtures.
Why This Course Is Different
This course is designed for real people who want clear, useful, and practical skills rather than complicated theory. All lessons are explained in plain beginner friendly language. The information was good, but I felt that the narrator of the course was not familiar with the topic. Many words were mispronounced and I feel like someone that knew more about it personally could`ve given more valuable insight thank just reading a script
