Course Information
Course Overview
A step-by-step guide to learn how to swim on your own.
For many years, I have taught swimming to thousands of adults. Most of my students are adults who are afraid of water, cannot swim, or have never felt comfortable in the water despite previous attempts.
Based on this extensive experience, I developed a unique, step-by-step swimming curriculum that you will not find anywhere else. This method is specifically designed for adults and focuses on building confidence, trust, and comfort in the water.
I have adapted this curriculum for self-practice and included it in this course. The training is supported by clear explanations and practical exercises that you can safely practice on your own. This allows you to progress independently, at your own pace, without needing assistance from anyone else.
In this course, you will learn how to relax and let your body float naturally, how to swim with both your head in the water and your head above the water, how to swim comfortably on your back, how to stay afloat, and how to control your breathing effectively. Step by step, you will complete all the essential skills needed to feel safe and confident in the water.
By the end of this course, you will have filled in all your missing skills and gained the ability to swim freely, confidently, and without fatigue — even in deep water.
This course is designed as a complete guide for adults who want to overcome their fear of water, feel safe in the water, and learn to swim comfortably and independently.

I am 44 years old and have always wanted to learn to swim, but I was also very afraid of it. My instructor, Dilara, is very professional and experienced in this field. She analyzes her students very well, even down to how they will feel in different situations. I followed each lesson step by step by going to the pool, and now I am not afraid of the water and I can swim very comfortably. I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone.
