This course is designed for students, early-career professionals, and career changers who want to move forward without feeling pressured to have everything figured out. Instead of rigid plans or quick fixes, you’ll learn a practical way to make career decisions under uncertainty.

Each week includes:

• a short, focused video lesson (4–6 minutes), and

• a guided reflection exercise (10–15 minutes) where the real learning happens.

Together, these sessions help you build clarity, momentum, and confidence—one intentional step at a time.

Over five weeks, you’ll learn how to:

• treat early career choices as starting points, not permanent commitments,

• grow beyond your current title by preparing for responsibility,

• uncover opportunities that don’t appear on job boards,

• reframe your experience to open new doors,

• and let go of rigid plans without losing direction.

This course is not about chasing the “right” job.

It’s about learning how careers actually grow—and how to navigate yours with intention.
