I would like to thank Demet Hanım for the information she provided. Even though I have received training from her before, each time there are different aspects that catch my attention. If I were to do a retrospective of this training, I appreciated that it focused more on the 'Agile mindset' rather than just the content. It was also a nice example to see the scrum board in each section throughout the training.

Thank you for preparing this insightful course. It effectively covers the fundamentals of agility, the need for agility in the construction sector, and the Scrum methodology—one of the most widely used agile approaches. This course is particularly valuable for beginners and those new to the agile philosophy. Agility is more than just a collection of methods; it is a mindset. This course provides a strong foundation in agile principles and key concepts, balancing theory with practical examples. Additionally, it highlights the critical role of the human perspective in management systems. I look forward to more detailed courses on the practical implementation of agile project management in the construction sector.
