課程簡介

Project Management for Beginners: A Complete Roadmap

Master project planning, scheduling, scope control, risk management, project closing & More

This Course Contains the Use of Artificial intelligence.

Project Management 101 is built for beginners and working professionals who want to learn real world project management skills that work in any industry, even if you have never managed a project before.

You will learn how to take any idea and convert it into a clear project with a strong problem statement, SMART goals, and measurable success metrics. You will learn how to identify stakeholders, sponsors, and decision makers, and create a simple project charter that ensures clarity, alignment, and approvals from the start.

You will master scope management so you know exactly what is in scope and out of scope, how to gather requirements, write acceptance criteria, and prevent scope creep using change control and trade off decisions. You will learn how to break work down using a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and plan projects using milestones, dependencies, and realistic timelines, including the critical path concept.

You will also learn the execution side of project management, including how to run a strong kickoff, track progress across schedule, scope, quality, and risk, manage issues and blockers, and keep delivery stable with reviews, testing basics, and sign offs. You will learn risk management using a practical risk register, mitigation plans, contingency planning, and calm escalation techniques that prevent surprises.

You will understand Agile vs Waterfall in simple terms, including Scrum and Kanban basics, and how to apply a hybrid approach that matches how most real companies deliver projects.

Finally, you will learn how to close projects like a professional with handover checklists, documentation that matters, final acceptance and sign off, lessons learned, and post launch measurement, so your work delivers real outcomes, not just deliverables.

By the end of this course, you will be able to plan, execute, and close projects with confidence, and you will have a repeatable toolkit of templates and workflows you can use immediately.
