Course Information
Course Overview
PSPO II certification, advanced Scrum, product value, stakeholder management, evidence-based decisions
The Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) certification is designed for experienced Product Owners who go far beyond managing a Product Backlog. It validates your ability to maximize product value, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, apply evidence-based management, and make complex decisions in real-world Scrum environments.
This course is a practice exam–focused preparation designed to help you succeed by thinking like a senior Product Owner. Instead of memorizing definitions, you will face realistic, scenario-based questions that reflect the true complexity of the PSPO II assessment.
Throughout this course, you will practice advanced topics such as value optimization, stakeholder collaboration, product vision, outcome-driven metrics, and leadership within Scrum. Each question is carefully crafted to challenge your understanding of Scrum principles, not just the rules. Detailed explanations are provided to help you understand why an answer is correct, not only what the correct answer is.
You will learn how to:
Interpret ambiguous Scrum scenarios and choose the most value-focused response
Apply the Scrum framework in complex organizational contexts
Use evidence and metrics to guide product decisions
Balance stakeholder needs while protecting the Product Goal
Think beyond frameworks and act as a true product leader
This course is ideal if you already have PSPO I knowledge and want to elevate your mindset to the next level. By the end of the course, you will feel confident facing the PSPO II exam and, more importantly, confident applying advanced Product Ownership practices in your professional role.
