What This Course Does Not Cover
Candidates are not expected to:
Possess advanced skills in configuring or fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
Be proficient in coding languages such as Apex or Python.
Have deep familiarity with external artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
Understand transformer architecture or perform ROI calculations.
Be experienced in white space analysis or have prior exposure to Marketing Cloud, Heroku, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, Quip, or Industry Clouds.

Participants are also prepared for the Agentforce Specialist exam, which includes:
Content: 60 multiple-choice questions plus up to five unscored questions
Time: 105 minutes
Passing Score: 73%
Fees: Free registration; retake fee of USD 100 plus applicable taxes
Delivery: Offered as a proctored exam at testing centers or online
Rules: No reference materials are allowed during the exam
