    The material is very good. The presenter is speaking very quickly and really does not give the participant time for the concept to 'sink in'. I would not mind the course being longer with more time to reflect on the learnings even as the speaker is teaching. I have found the button to slow the speaker and I can now understand better. Lots of good information on what is possible; however, I end up with concepts but am somewhat confused about how to accomplish them. This is a common issue when learning is delivered by video with no opportunity for the learner to raise a hand and ask a question. The instructor appears to really know his subject; however, much like I unfortunately learned in university, often the person who knows the most about a subject is not the right person to deliver the training. Sorry, but I think that this may be the case here. So far down into the 'weeds' in 'Process Automation and Workflow Design' that even though I reviewed the material twice, it was still difficult to follow. For me, the course would have been more beneficial on a higher level, without all of the detail.
