Course Overview
Exam tips and practice tests to get 100% of chance to pass PSM 3 certification without being PSM 1 or 2
The PSM3 (Professional Scrum Master III) certification is an expert-level credential offered by Scrum. It builds upon the foundational knowledge and skills acquired through the PSM1 and PSM2 certifications and is designed for expert Scrum practionners who want to go to the next level.
These practice tests are independent of Scrum or any other institutions.
Questions are being inspired from our PSM3 community of practice having shared their real-life experiences, certification exam practices and deep analysis of the latest version of the Scrum Guide, as well as the Scrum Competencies.
This course includes:
3 Practice tests
24 questions each test
Each question is an essay: the PSM3 has no multiple choice question
PSM3 essay questions are aimed at dertemining how much you are able to cover the Scrum Master's learning objectives
Understanding how complexity impacts forecasting.
Understand the stances of a Scrum Master when the Scrum Team are in conflict.
Demonstrate a knowledge of common complimentary practices and an understanding of their use.
Demonstrate how the Scrum Master serves the Scrum Team and the organization and what boundaries exist to their activities.
Understanding the meaning of transparency for the Product Backlog.
Demonstrate a knowledge of the Scrum Master’s involvement in resolving impediments. Show the ability to differentiate between encouraging or discouraging the team’s self-management when facing challenges.
Demonstrating an ability to separate PBI validation criteria, Ready, and the Definition of Done.
Demonstrate an understanding of how self-managing teams can be measured and improved using those measurements.
Demonstrate an understanding of the interplay between the three accountabilities and the three artifacts.
Demonstrate an understanding of Scrum theory.
Demonstrate understanding and can explain the Pillars of Scrum, how they enable empiricism, and support the purpose of applying Scrum in complex situations to create valuable products.
Understand the Commitments in Scrum and how they contribute to the focus of the Scrum Team.
Understand how the Scrum Master serves the Product Owner.
Understanding the difference between Project Mindset and Product Mindset.
Demonstrate knowledge of the accountabilities and rules around the Definition of Done.
Demonstrate an understanding of the role of managers in Scrum.
Understanding that each Sprint produces a Done Increment.
No specific prerequisites are required by Scrum to attend the PSM3 exam
