Course Overview

食物環境衞生署推行「衞生經理及衞生督導員計劃」,規定每間大型食店∕食物工場及製造高風險食物的食店∕食物工場必須派出職員修讀由認可院校舉辦的正規食物衞生訓練課程,然後再為廠內其他前線員工提供基本食物衞生培訓。所有大型食店或食物工場及製造高風險食物的食店或食物工場,必須委任一名衞生經理及一名衞生督導員,其他食店或食物工場則須委任一名衞生經理或一名衞生督導員。

適合參加人士:

從事食品製造及餐飲業的在職人士,有意投身食品行業的人士
