Learning Outcomes
In this hands-on session, you will learn:
- Learn about transformation from a comprehensive lens, which covers individual mindset, collective culture, as well as practical AI tools and workflows.
- Experience and practise different tools and concepts to promote transformation in the workplace, including LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Generative AI tools.
- Apply tools and processes to “sandbox” innovation ideas for the organisation, including AI-powered brainstorming, decision support, and drafting workflows.
- Increase participants’ confidence as an individual and foster a positive team culture when driving transformation.
- Understand how to ethically and practically integrate AI at an individual and organisation level.
