入學資格
基本條件:
i. 18歲或以上之本港合資格僱員 及
ii. 失業、待業、失學人士
入讀條件:
i. 小六學歷程度；及
ii. 能閱讀及理解中文；及
iii. 須通過入學筆試；及
iv. 未曾修讀僱員再培訓局的「足部按摩再培訓課程」、「保健推拿再培訓課程」或相關就業掛鈎課程
