Course Overview
Programme Description
According to Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Safety Officers and Safety Supervisors) Regulations, a principal contractor or a specialist contractor must employ one safety supervisor on each site with 20 or more workers. This programme provides a specific training on safety and health for the learners aiming to be safety supervisors.
Assessment
- Learners' performance in each module will be assessed by End-of-Module Assessment (EA). The assessments will be conducted in Chinese.
- Attendance requirement is 70% for each module.
Schedule
- 2 to 3 nights per week, 19:00 - 22:00 or Saturdays.
- Duration: 43 hrs. The normal duration for completion of the programme is around 2 months.
