You can take an online proctored or on-site exam.

Key Steps for Preparation

• You should have sufficient knowledge in basic administration and development in ServiceNow and at least 6months hands-on experience in ITOM area.

• Go through the eBook provided during on demand course / training. Complete all the labs that's given in the book. Try to understand each concepts around events, alerts, connectors etc.

• Optionally complete the CMDB Fundamentals course, that will help you to clear some key concepts

• Optionally complete Operational Intelligence to have a better understanding of ITOM Health

• Log analytics is coming as an added feature in Quebec. Read release notes for added advantage in Quebec exams.
