Excellent trainer and content.

Absolutely no proofreading or sandboxing to the quizzes. For example, a question just asked "Which protocol's primary function is to allow privately addressed systems to access the public Internet?" The correct answer is NAT: Network Address Translation. But when I clicked it, it was marked wrong...though the feedback clearly said NAT was the answer. This course has been sloppily put together. Find another Cloud+ class on Udemy.
