How to prepare for PSPO III :
Despite being a Level III exam, I personally found the exam much less challenging than, for example, PAL I. If you performed well on your PSPO II exam and take a while to prepare and contemplate about the role of the Product Owner, you should be able to pass the exam comfortably.
In order to prepare for the exam, you might want to consider the following :
Revisit all the steps necessary to prepare for PSPO II
Even if you passed your PSPO II exam, reiterating the material in a class and discussing aspects of the Product Owner position can be useful.
You can also read "The Professional Product Owner Leveraging Scrum as a Competitive Advantage" by Don McGREAL and Ralph JOCHAM. Reading is easy and is illustrated with many examples that will appeal to as many people as possible. It offers comprehensive guidance for the product owner. Ultimately, the Product Owner is a value maximizer, so read every chapter guided by the question “how does the content in this chapter allow me as a Product Owner to maximize the value of my product”. I personally found many answers to the problems which I faced in my activity.
Read up on the technique of User Story Mapping.
While it may be risky, a good way to test if you are ready is to simply take the PSPO III exam. Unlike the PSPO I and PSPO II exams, where you get an automated evaluation, the PSPO III evaluation provides you with very useful feedback. The PST grading your exam will give you pointers which concepts you might want to research more. In a sense, it can be seen as an empirical approach : the only way to know if something is ready is to test it under real-world conditions !

Not cover the exam scope. Many different style and type of questions I saw at the exam. It needs to enlargen the scope.

The course is on point with the type of questions being asked in a PSPO-III exam. They are broken down into 12 manageable practice tests, that I HIGHLY recommend you do them before the exam as warm-ups, otherwise you are in a potential risky area of running out of time ( as I have :) ). The author is knowledgeable and updates frequently the tests.
