I wish that the salesforce that the demonstrator was using was totally fresh rather than him using some objects and such that were generated outside of the tutorials. Makes it harder to follow along.

can be much better but the author is very fast in moving the mouse pointer and has pre opened windows so its hard to gauge how he go to a particular screen, not that i cant figure out but very distracting.
