Practical Application of Planning Techniques
Project Planning in practice is derived from actual experience and aims to teach know-how of planning.
This course is created for all professionals regardless of their level of experience with project management. The course translates fundamentals of planning in practice and provides students with the necessary knowledge to start planning themselves.
During the course students will learn:
How to organize the project
Where to start with planning
How to build and structure a plan
How to estimate time and provide realistic timelines
How to create a plan from scratch
How to manage the plan during the project life cycle

Exercises has been added to the course to test the knowledge received and be able to create a plan from scratch after the tutor's demonstration.
