The content and information are sometimes inaccurate. The test questions are not related to the chapter that was just covered, or they address concepts that were not discussed in that chapter. Some answers in the tests are incorrect. Overall, it is quite confusing, which makes it difficult to feel confident and to trust the material when preparing for the exam

Just passed my PMP today after my first try, and studying this course for 2 months (and completing it). Despite removing one star, I want to thank Joseph for all the support made available in this course, his coaching sections really kept me going and gave me confidence to keep moving forward! Onto the review: I feel like I may have failed the exam if I hadn't studied the 2 full practice tests in the PMI Study Hall Essentials. This is because those 2 practice tests covered what I feel this course lacked: (1) more attention to the Hybrid approach (this course covered agile and predictive very well, but hybrid was kind of placed in the backburner), and (2) specific attention to how a project manager could implement being proactive (example: by first assessing/understanding a given situation -> then discussing solutions -> then informing everyone involved; being action-oriented). If anyone is curious, this was my study approach to passing the PMP on my first try (keep in mind that I am an experienced PM, so you may need more than these materials depending on your experience level): 1. Completed this course. Studied ~1-2hrs per day, every day (juggling work responsibilities). Total time to complete course: 2 months. 2. Created flashcards and memorized all the terms discussed in this course (including formulas, diagrams, theories/laws/rules, agile-specific terms, etc.). Total time reviewing these: ~1 week. 3. Reviewed (NOT memorized) the relationship between Knowledge Areas, Process Groups, and ITTOS. 4. Completed the 2 full practice tests in the Study Hall Essentials (from the PMI). Also, reviewed and internalized wrong answers on the practice tests together with the correct answers where I had "low" confidence self-assessment. Total time to complete both tests: ~2 days (one each day).

This one worked for me -- with the help of a few practice exams, I passed on the first try. I found it too formal and kinda dry at first but it grew on me over time.

Lots of the information presented is rehashed several times. Overall, the sections and lectures don't have a good structure. Many of the slides are overly verbose and several have glaring typos.
