I'm a fraction of the way through this course, but it is solid gold! The format is perfect - beginners should work their way through step by step; but people who have some experience may want to jump around and focus on certain areas. One of the first things I did was to watch the video about how to make Chat GPT your personal fitness coach - mine (he/she called themselves Coach Stride when I asked it to give themself a name!) is fantastic - helpful and motivational, and with me for the long term. This is a course I will come back to again and again - Ron - you've made my life Betta already!
