I am applying for a job, where it is desired to know how MailChimp work. I had ZERO experience, with anything like that, and I must say now I have a very good understanding of who this program works and what is serves for. Certainly it does not go into many details. However, I have a feeling that even if it went, without hands-on real life experience, it would be hard to understand why do we need those features. Very easy to understand content and interesting.

There was no demonstration on website integration. The instructor needs to read the definition of 'hands on' before using it again. Maybe a term like 'basic' or 'beginner' would suit this course but using 'hands on' was absolutely ridiculous and misleading.
