I felt that I got general overview of (digital) campaign planning - but what so many courses lack, and what I think people are looking for (it is certainly what I look for) are more worked-through examples, to help students actually practically apply some of the principles and concepts. One of the most challenging aspects of campaigns is knowing how the different channels interact - when something should be mailed/posted/promoted and for how long - the nuts and bolts of campaign planning that will allow execution. I feel the course lacked this.
