Learn how to draw and paint characters in a cartoon style in Adobe Photoshop.
In this course you will cover the very basics of digital painting, starting with how to navigate the interface of Adobe Photoshop, and moving along to more complex techniques.
It is essential that if you want to get the best out of this course that you must have a copy of Photoshop, and a pen tablet for your mac/pc. You can find some affordable ones online with a quick search, and if you want to take your art seriously, you should definitely get one!
The course starts pretty easy, and builds up fast to keep you entertained whilst also educated at the same time.

I loved the beginning of the course. Shading the image in along side him, I felt like I making amazing artwork. towards the middle I was losing him and right at the end I was totally lost. I had no idea if he wanted me to draw along or just watch. Also when I try to do the the black and white image without the guidance it looks muddy. I guess that more on my fault for not being a better digital artist. I really liked the teacher, the course was very streamlined which was nice. I don't know how I feel about this course I'm glad I know about the methods and seeing his design progress, I just can't put it into practice and felt like I haven't improved. Maybe it just wasn't the right course for me.
