    Gostei bastante do curso, em geral. Há dicas realmente válidas aqui. Mas, acho que o que mais me conquistou é que o curso parece autêntico: não há uma promessa de "torne-se X em Y meses", "destrua sua tímidez" e outras coisas que vemos por aí. Os pontos, as dicas parecem fazer sentido. Há uma sensação de "natural" no que é passado aqui. As apresentações são boas, há interesse do professor de construir um bom material; mas não há uma edição super profissional nem nada do tipo. O próprio professor parece um cara tranquilo, não tenta ser aquele apresentador super espalhafatoso para "mostrar" que é confiante e conversativo. Pode parecer estranho dizer isso, mas isso me faz achar tudo ainda mais autêntico. Por vezes, meditando antes sobre alguns pontos aqui, senti que a conversação, o conhecer pessoas, foi muito mais proveitoso. Inclusive, considero que lembrar de alguns pontos aqui me ajudou a iniciar um relacionamento de meses! Não dou uma nota "perfeita" pois acho que faltou alguns cuidados: uma atenção maior as legendas para que elas sempre reflitam o que está sendo dito; cuidado maior na edição do material bônus para que alguns segundos não se perdessem entre a troca do foco da câmera (levando possíveis informações valiosas junto). Fora isso, eu gostei e recomendo fortemente esse material! Minhas recomendações para além deste curso: - Frequentar um psicólogo - Mindfulness - Claro, sair mais
