    For the most part, each presenter seemed credentialed and experienced in their roles to be viewed as an authority. My company has never had a dedicated salesperson or sales team and we are undergoing a sales department launch. We are receiving advice from a consultant and also doing quite a bit of research and legwork to uncover how best to use our time and with which tools to make use of. The only recommendation that I would have is to include more resources attached to each tutorial that will minimize the need to take such a vast amount of notes. More printable slides that we can save or print will allow the students/learners to better engage and build out our knowledge base.
