Wrong or incomplete information (Example: weld and joint classifications do not cover all categories). Discrepancy: 1- between what seen in the slides and what he explains. Basically, the instructor is giving you wrong information (example: slide set 3: “all types of welding in details”: 24:20 if upper wheel rotates CCW, the plates move from left to right, not right to left as he explains. Or in the same set of slides he explains that energy beam welding is divided into two categories: electron beam welding and plasma beam welding, then he proceeds with explaining laser beam welding, 30:28). 2- between the formulas in the presentation and the slides downloaded (example: heat balance formula in first set of slides is different in the presentation (43:00) and download file). I had to spend a lot of time double checking the information in the course with different sources including youtube channels. You can see that the instructor is not prepared. The material for presentation was prepared in a hasty manner, and it has not been once checked for errors or typos. The Connection between different sections and arguments is difficult to construct. I absolutely do not suggest this course. You can find reliable stuff online. It is a shame that nobody from Udemy supervises these course creators, as long as it is being paid its commission, they let anybody make a course and put it on their platform.
