My criticism is raised as a complete newbie to digital marketing, here’s. I understand why some participants would rate this course 1 or 2 star. 1. Speed Some might not appreciate it, but I like the pace and speed, and most importantly, there was no overuse of examples, which drags out presentations frustratingly. 2. Getting lost in the bigger context of digital marketing, in applying this course which I think represents a small part in the compete concept. My interest was sparked as I own an accounting firm and have decided to explore digital marketing to grow the firm. I attended a webinar series which was presented as a blueprint for digital marketing specifically for my services. The webinar was a high-level presentation explaining the concept providing blueprint at no cost. The final aim of the presenter was to get participant to purchase his services to set up an automated digital marketing machine. So, against this backdrop, (limited knowledge and eager to learn), I am not sure if this course is intended to explain only the tool, or both the tool and the concept. Therefore, if this is purely to explain one of tools used in the complete concept of digital marketing, then this is a good course. If it was supposed to cover the concept, then not so good. I would suggest presenting a high level “map” of the process pinpointing where this course slots in, for the benefit of newbies like myself. The more I ponder and word my thoughts, the more a realise this was actually a crash course in how to set up the funnel using specific platforms – Maybe you should market it as such.
