The corporate values and ethics in organization is very important for any organization, when businesses and employees understand the need to behave ethically it will help the organization, and bring respect and harmony in the organization, we live to be called human beings when we can do things and ways that will not affect our brother or colleague negatively, our ability to differentiate right from wrong is very important to us all as humans.

The values and ethics in business is very important to all people, we also need to understand the importance and contribution of ethics in our business and social life. In business world the role of management in inculcating workplace ethics is very important and healthy for the future of the organization, it is important to management to provide guidelines on how workers in the organisation will behave ethically, there has to be proper dress code for the organization, employee code of conduct to ensure career growth and attend office in time and respect your superiors.

There is the need for organization to resolved the ethical dilemma in the organization such as know the ethical principles, debate moral choices, balance sheet approach and engage people up and down the hierarchy, it is also important to integrate ethical decision making into strategic thinking. It is very important to ensure that in all our areas of work we need to ensure good ethical behavior either in sales and marketing or ethics in production etc. Spotting poor corporate and unethical behavior requires looking beyond a company's public mission statement and examining its daily practices, leadership behavior, and employee turnover rates.
