This course is mainly designed for professionals and not beginners, though I realize it said in the beginning it is for therapists. However, since it said that one is not required to know anatomy, (and physical therapists already know anatomy) I thought it would be okay for me. It is also crucial to show videos of real people doing these exercises with clear explanations, like you can find on Youtube. It would be good if the instructor could add a page in the beginning like a glossary for expressions throughout the course such as innominate, lateral, shear, inflare, outflare, counterstrain and so on. What I can say after going through the whole course 1.5 times so far, is that you don't necessarily have to be a physical therapist to learn this, as long as you have some knowledge of the pelvis and lower back issues, if you have a knack for physical therapy type of treatments, you mainly need to write down the words you don't know, look them up on google, look up pelvic anatomy for a few minutes and go through this course 2-3 times and then you can get the gist of it. Thanks!
