This is the best program that ive ever seen on how to break addiction, the last ten minutes was life changing answers to correcting the problem, however the other 3 hrs and 50 min was absolutely a disaster. It was the worst teaching style that made a person feel unmotivated to change. You spoke of procrastination and failure in a redundant manner and offered no solutions until the last ten minutes. Infact you discourage people by saying "take my advice, well, you probably wont, giggle, giggle," I think the creator of this needs to learn a course in positive psychology.

I don't usually rate before the end of the course, but in this case, Within one video I knew what I had to do, where I'd been going wrong, seen that I had not been taking responsibility, and recognised the way forward. I had previously been studying several self-therapeutic paths, but this course even made me recognise why results there were not so they could be, and hope to make them more successful and valuable. So I was happy to give 5 stars by the end of that first video. It has been priceless for me

this is crazy so relatable I often feel for 5 days that everything is normal, until the 6th day there is a bit of leeway that I made, which finally made me stop And strangely, when I want to start, I always have an excuse to "don't go ahead, I'll fix it tomorrow" Eh, in the end it's almost 20 days talking tomorrow first until finally you have to force and have to smoke while making a very hard effort, only to finally get back on track but not long it's only 7 days, the 8th day and so on and back again Honestly, this has been driving me nowhere for the past 2 years And this course appeared like a miracle Everything described is completely related to what I've been through in the last 2 years And I have a new understanding, it turns out that what I'm facing is a mental battle of my mind to pull it to the old default, maybe this is what keeps me at the default level 1 Thanks again
