Hello and welcome friends,
We all sometimes end up being a Project Manager unintentionally. You are responsible for delivering a product and given a budget or money allocated to complete the job. This course, has taken the world of experience and learnings to manage existing and new projects. This knowledge is aligned to best practice based on the project management body of knowledge (PmBok). Information is harnessed from PmBok version 5 to version 7 and my own experience as a project management practitioner(PMP). This project management experience is drawn from engineering projects and Capital projects..
In this course, I will go through the processes, key concepts, the character of a project manager and the dynamics of a protect team. Then, discuss strategies as a PM you can employ for existing and new projects. It is inevitable that as PM you will face or you already facing an existing or new project.
