I think it is a good course to get the essentials about massage. Not so much about anatomy and so, but it gives really good information to apply massage to friends and family in a safe and professional way. If you are serious and want to go to the next course that she recommends, I think it's good to do the student assigments that comes in some sections. You will need time and patient to write the different essays to submit. Really satisfied in general with the course. The only negative thing in the course I think are the theory videos that sometimes are really monotone with just an image on and the teacher talking in the back.
