Course Overview
本課程旨在培育具文化敏感度的溝通人才，著重於培養同學的實用語言知識與技能，特別是英語和中文（普通話和粵語）的能力，以及他們的文化智慧。跨文化語境為理解人們溝通方式各異的 「原因」提供了框架，而雙語研究則為有效「實踐」溝通提供了具體工具。
