So while creating this programme I spent a lot time talking to e-commerce owners and service based businesses, trying to understand what they’re sticking points were.
Firstly there was the issue of what emails to send.
In this programme I’m going to give 10 automated campaign frameworks that have multiple touch points.
All of these frameworks will allow you to stay in front of your customer for longer.
What to write
I’m going to cover a number of ways to consistently have something to say and never run out of ideas.
While I can’t give you the exact words to use, these exercises are a collection of ideas and questions that you can fill out to help you draw the most content out of your business and always have something to say to add value.
Goals

Instructor provided a lot of methods for using automated email marketing. Only thing lacking that if he provided examples for everything, it would have been 10 times easier to understand everything. He had a perfectly fine whiteboard to draw on and while talk, but decided to just talk. Don't get me wrong, the information was GREAT, but it would have been more actionable if he had provided examples for everything.

This course does explain generally how to engage in your customers but is strongly lacking on examples. Even though this is a course based on psychology and theory, I would have liked to see some specific examples. Example would be creating 4 or 5 Welcome emails. You have an idea as to the feel of the first email but how about the rest. Even though I wouldn't just copy the content, I would like to see an example of each email and how each specific email would be constructed for each day sent out. Also I prefer instructors who are engaging with their students.
