Course Information
Course Overview
Automate approvals, reports, Outlook emails, Excel and SharePoint workflows with no coding skills
This course is designed for the business professionals automating real processes (Procurement, Finance, PMO, Operations)
The course is built around the vibe coding concept—an AI-assisted approach (custom GPT) where you
describe the intended outcome,
let AI propose a solution,
GPT handholds you through the implementation, cautious of most possible LLM deficiencies and shortcomings
and refine it through testing and iteration.
The focus is not on syntax, but on business logic, process design, testing, and optimisation. You will work primarily with Power Automate, supported by SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams, with AI used only where it adds clear value.
The course exercises are based on realistic scenarios across finance, HR, and general back-office operations. Examples include email handling, approvals, task and data tracking, built-in audit trails, and stakeholder communication. All solutions use the standard Microsoft 365 stack, with AI capabilities added incrementally and optimised to avoid unnecessary AI credit consumption.
As part of this course, you receive an exclusive custom GPT access, purpose-built for disciplined, real-world Power Automate development. This GPT is not a generic “how-to” instruction set — it enforces a strict, professional workflow: you describe a flow in plain language, GPT converts it into a mandatory Flow Documentation Template, and only after explicit confirmation does it guide you step-by-step through building the flow.
If you want to drive your own digitalisation and build working automations in days rather than weeks—without unnecessary complexity, extensive skills, or additional cost—this course provides a practical, repeatable approach.
